It exercises its jurisdiction in the province of Granma. It has its headquarters, by determination of the Governing Council, the People's Supreme Court, in the main municipality of the province.  It is made up of its president, vice-presidents, chamber presidents, and other professional and lay judges.  It has administrative units in charge of ensuring administrative order, in what concerns the internal regime of the court and of the popular municipal courts of the province, as well as others that guarantee judicial activity.
