Characterization: Recognized as one of the emblematic sites of the province of Granma and especially of Bayamo, the capital city, since 2015 it has been part of the national network of facilities of the Recording and Musical Editions Company (EGREM), the oldest of the Cuban record companies, founded in 1964. It has become a national reference center where a group of professionals with vast experience in gastronomy and services work, and where the desire to position it as a favorite place of night culture prevails, due to its diversity of cultural spaces and lives shows. Varieties of food and drinks are sold in both CUP (Cuban pesos) and CUC (freely convertible currency) currencies with different prices, capable of satisfying the most demanding tastes. National and foreign visitors who come to the Bayam, during the weekends starting at 11:00 pm, have the privilege of enjoying its multiple artistic proposals, which vary from those of a tropical dance music style (cabaret) to audiovisual projections and live concerts, distinguished by a stamp of contemporaneity and Cuban identity. The night show opens its doors every Saturday at midnight and on the third Wednesday and Thursday of each month it has a space dedicated to young people from the Middle and University Student Federations, with affordable prices. It is a suitable place to enjoy a party with friends accompanied by good drinks, light food, Cuban music and spend an unforgettable night in the capital of Granma.
