To provide service of generation, distribution and commercialization of electrical energy with the aim of satisfying the needs of customers, providing an efficient and quality service, for which we have highly trained and prepared technical and human resources.

To provide high levels of quality of electrical service according to the best international parameters, increasing the use of clean energy sources.
The province has 18 commercial offices located in the 13 municipalities (Bayamo 4, Manzanillo 2 and Río Cauto 2) that provide service to 275,944 contracted clients, of which 266,744 are residential and 9,200 are state-owned.
It has 7 transmission substations and 78 distribution substations, 10 transmission circuits, 23 sub-transmission circuits, 102 distribution circuits, 6039 secondary circuits and 54 public lighting circuits.
The company serves 10,643 transformers and 8,113 banks.
