The Legal Technical Development in the Control of Land Tenure, as well as the legal possession of Tractors and Self-propelled Harvesters, is exercised by the Ministry of Agriculture as Specific Function No. 3, in charge of the National Directorate of Soils and Control of the Land, the Provincial Departments and the Municipal Registries.

 In the province of Granma, this function is exercised by the Provincial Department and 13 Municipal Registries, which are in charge of the Filing and Processing of the different Agrarian Procedures promoted by the population before each Municipal Registry Office of Land Control and tractors.
