Description of the procedure: The holder of the special military driving license who has completed Active Military Service may convert to the national driving license.
Requirements: To carry out special military license procedures only 17 years of age is required.
Documents to present: Identity Card, Postage stamps worth 30 pesos, Two 1x1 photos without a hat or cap, if you wear glasses you must photograph yourself with them; Special Military Driving License, Certification of the Head of the Military Unit or of the superior hierarchical level that guarantees the period of fulfillment of the Military Service.
