REQUEST FOR PRIVATE DATA NETWORKS

The legal norms that regulate the use of the spectrum are necessary for its optimization, avoiding interference and the degradation of the public services provided by the operator.
On May 21, 2019, the MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS, through the Official Gazette, issues Resolutions 98 and 99 that modify and order the process of issuing Network Licenses to Legal Persons and enables this type of permit to Natural Persons. In these regulations it is announced that within a period of 60 days, the new indications will come into force.
From that moment, the request for Renewals or New Licenses of Private Data Networks is enabled for Legal Entities through the Portal of the Ministry of Communications.

Enter the Portal of the Ministry of Communications: https://www.mincom.gob.cu
Register to get username and password.
Important: Select in "Profiles": Legal Entity-Legal. Step 1
Select in “Type of entity/organisation”: National Legal Entity. Step 2
Complete all the data of the "ONEI Code" Legal. Step 3
Wait for the confirmation email that the account has been enabled.
Go to the MINCOM portal, with the username and password that was registered, to the Procedures section. Step 4
Select the Category "Telecommunications": Legal. Step 5
Request the type of License that the user wishes to process: Legal. Step 6
Note: The license request is accessed by clicking on the name of the service, if you click on the icon you will only be able to download the form.
After uploading all the elements of the RPD to be processed, communication with the Specialist who attends the service will begin.
When it has been "Approved" the request will begin the payment process of the service to be enabled from the "Payment Notification" that will be issued.
